How to create a textarea using Javascript and then removing it.

To create a textarea using JavaScript and then to remove it needs only moderate knowledge of javascript but if you're a novice or a beginner you might have to work hard a lot and then go through several websites or books to do it. Even if you have a good hand in JavaScript you can get stuck to do this task, So I am posting here the code which you can just copy and paste to use it in your web application.

 <html>
    <head>
        <script type="text/javascript">
        var i=0;
        function add(type)
        {
            i=i+1;
            if(i==1)
                {
                    var element = document.createElement('<textarea name=reply id=reply>');
                    //element.setAttribute("name",reply);
                    element.setAttribute("rows",4);
                    element.setAttribute("cols",20);
                    var foo = document.getElementById("fooBar");
                    foo.appendChild(element);
                }

        }
        function remove()
        {
             var element = document.getElementById('reply');
            var parent = document.getElementById('fooBar');
            parent.removeChild(element);
            i=0;
            //document.getElementById("reply").style.visibility="hidden";
        }
        </script>
      <style>
            textarea#reply
            {
                width: 300px;
                height: 60px;
                padding: 5px;
                font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;
                background-image: url(bg.gif);
                background-position: bottom right;
                background-repeat: no-repeat;
            }
        </style>
    </head>
    <body>
        <form>
                <input type="button" value="add" onclick="add()"/>
                <input type="button" value="remove" onclick="remove()"/>
                <span id="fooBar">&nbsp;</span>
        </form>
    </body>
</html>

Now What goes on here might be your first thought, so let us just go through some points so that you can understand the code. First of all you can remove the "style" part anytime its just there to make looks better. Now when you click add button it calls "add()" function in JavaScript, that function using variable i checks that if add is clicked the first time or not; this is being done to avoid adding multiple text areas. Document.createElement creates your required element and setattribute sets the different attributes which you want to set for the html element. Next, element fooBar is taken into variable foo and then the new element is appended into fooBar so you can place " " anywhere in your page where you want to add new element.
When you click the button remove the JavaScript function remove is called it first takes the element's parent id that is fooBar then the element's id and on the basis of that it removes that child element from that parent element, so your page is again into its previous look.
Now here is some twist, this code works in IE only, it is not working in Firefox. I have not checked its working with chrome, safari etc. but still I think this might help you a lot. And soon as I get code for other browsers too i will post it.
Good Luck

Some TOXIC personalities to avoid

Although we like to think that the people in our lives are well-adjusted, happy, healthy minded individuals, we sometimes realize that it just isn't so. Personally, I've had moments where I'll be skipping through my day, happy as can be, thinking life is grand and BAM, I'll be blindsided by someone who manages to knock the happy wind out of my sails. Sometimes it is easy to write it off and other times, not so much.
Maybe you are a positive person, but when you are around a certain individual, you feel negative. Or, maybe you have an idealistic view of the world and when you are with certain people, you are made to feel silly, unrealistic or delusional. Or, maybe you pride yourself in being completely independent and in control of your life, but when you are around a certain family member, you regress into a state of childhood.
Some of these situations, and yes, these people, can have a tremendously negative impact on our lives. And, although we are all human and have our 'issues,' some 'issues' are quite frankly, toxic. They are toxic to our happiness. They are toxic to our mental outlook. They are toxic to our self-esteem. And they are toxic to our lives. They can suck the life out of us and even shorten our lifespan.
Here are the worst of the toxic personalities out there and how to spot them:

1. Manipulative Mary: These individuals are experts at manipulation tactics. Is a matter of fact, you may not even realize you have been manipulated until it is too late. These individuals figure out what your 'buttons' are, and push them to get what they want.
Why they are toxic: These people have a way of eating away at your belief system and self-esteem. They find ways to make you do things that you don't necessarily want to do and before you know it, you lose your sense of identity, your personal priorities and your ability to see the reality of the situation. The world all of a sudden becomes centered around their needs and their priorities.

2. Narcissistic Nancy: These people have an extreme sense of self-importance and believe that the world revolves around them. They are often not as sly as the Manipulative Marys of the world, but instead, tend to be a bit overt about getting their needs met. You often want to say to them "It isn't always about you."
Why they are toxic: They are solely focused on their needs, leaving your needs in the dust. You are left disappointed and unfulfilled. Further, they zap your energy by getting you to focus so much on them, that you have nothing left for yourself.

3. Debbie Downers: These people can't appreciate the positive in life. If you tell them that it is a beautiful day, they will tell you about the impending dreary forecast. If you tell them you aced a mid-term, they'll tell you about how difficult the final is going to be.
Why they are toxic: They take the joy out of everything. Your rosy outlook on life continues to get squashed with negativity. Before you know it, their negativity consumes you and you start looking at things with gray colored glasses yourself.

4. Judgmental Jims: When you see things as cute and quirky, they see things as strange and unattractive. If you find people's unique perspectives refreshing, they find them 'wrong'. If you like someone's eclectic taste, they find it 'disturbing' or 'bad'.
Why they are toxic: Judgmental people are much like Debbie Downers. In a world where freedom rings, judgment is sooo over. If the world was a homogeneous place, life would be pretty boring. Spending a lot of time with these types can inadvertently convert you into a judgmental person as well.

5. Dream Killing Keiths: Every time you have an idea, these people tell you why you can't do it. As you achieve, they try to pull you down. As you dream, they are the first to tell you it is impossible.
Why they are toxic: These people are stuck in what is instead of what could be. Further, these individuals eat away at your self-esteem and your belief in yourself. Progress and change can only occur from doing new things and innovating, dreaming the impossible and reaching for the stars.

6. Insincere Illissas: You never quite feel that these people are being sincere. You tell a funny story, they give you a polite laugh. You feel depressed and sad and they give you a 'there, there' type response. You tell them you are excited about something and you get a very ho-hum response.
Why they are toxic: People who aren't sincere or genuine build relationships on superficial criteria. This breeds shallow, meaningless relationships. When you are really in need of a friend, they won't be there. When you really need constructive criticism, they would rather tell you that you are great the way you are. When you need support, they would rather see you fail or make a fool of yourself.

7. Disrespectful Dannys: These people will say or do things at the most inappropriate times and in the most inappropriate ways. In essence, they are more subtle, grown up bullies. Maybe this person is a friend who you confided in and uses your secret against you. Maybe it is a family member who puts their busy-body nose into your affairs when it is none of their business. Or maybe, it is a colleague who says demeaning things to you.
Why they are toxic: These people have no sense of boundaries and don't respect your feelings or, for that matter, your privacy. These people will cause you to feel frustrated and disrespected.

8. Never Enough Nellies: You can never give enough to these people to make them happy. They take you for granted and have unrealistic expectations of you. They find ways to continually fault you and never take responsibility for anything themselves.
Why they are toxic: You will spend so much time trying to please them, that you will end up losing yourself in the process. They will require all of your time and energy, leaving you worn out and your own needs sacrificed.
All of these personalities have several things in common. 1) the more these people get away with their behavior, the more they will continue. 2) Unfortunately, most of these people don't see that what they do is wrong and as a result, talking to them about it will fall on deaf ears, leaving you wondering if you are the crazy one. 3) Most of these people get worse with age, making their impact on you stronger with time.
Frankly, life is too short to spend your time dealing with toxicity. If you can, avoid spending mucho time with people who are indicative of these behaviors and you'll feel a lot happier. Have you encountered these personalities? What have you done? Any personalities you would add?

10 best methods to approach a women

What do you do when you see a woman you are attracted to? Do you run and hide? Do you use some canned line that you read on the Internet? Do you stand there in fear trying to think of the right thing to say? What is the right thing to do?
When approaching a woman, most guys make the mistake of thinking too much about what to say. They believe there's one magic line that will work in all situations. They rehearse this magic line, and when they deliver it, they hope the woman will become instantly attracted to them.
Unfortunately, rarely does this approach work -- because most of what you say is irrelevant. To catch a woman's attention, it is all about the confidence you display when approaching her.
Here are 10 surefire ways to intrigue her every time:
1. Observe something. Make a comment about something you observe in the environment. This is especially effective at the grocery store. For example, if she is ordering a turkey sandwich, ask her if the turkey is good here.
Make your comment immediate to the situation
Make your comment immediate to the situation and it will seem perfectly natural. No matter where you are, there is always something interesting to comment on.
2. Smile. This shows her that you are friendly and confident. A genuine smile not only feels good to you, but will put her at ease while creating openness in the interaction -- a requirement for building rapport.
3. Do not hesitate. If you hesitate in your approach, this tells her that you are not feeling confident -- an immediate turn-off. When you see her, walk over to her within a short period of time (the three-second rule). Show her you are a man who knows what he wants and goes after it.
4. Positive body language. If you approach hunched over with your head down, you are sending negative information about yourself, which makes you dead in the water before you begin. Stand up straight, with shoulders back and chest out, and use a firm yet relaxed walk.
5. Not too fast. If you walk over too fast, you could likely trigger her internal alarm. A calm, casual approach is usually the best way to make her feel at ease with you.
6. Keep eye contact. Never be the first to break eye contact when you approach. If you do, this sends the message that you are not feeling good about approaching. When you use strong eye contact, she will feel more drawn to you. With practice, you can master this.
7. Listen up. Make sure you pay careful attention to what she says. Do not have your response pre-thought out. Women love a man who pays attention to the details of what she says. If you start throwing out random words, she will lose interest fast.
8. Do not fidget. Fidgeting after you approach is distracting and shows you are uncomfortable. If you communicate that you are uncomfortable, she will feel uncomfortable, too, and will close up. Practice being aware of your movements. Pay attention to those movements, or lack of movements, that communicate comfort and confidence.
9. Lighten your tone of voice. The tone of your voice is a very powerful tool. Approaching her in a light and playful tone is one of the best ways to start. You could also begin in a serious tone, accusing her of something like "
I hope you saved some turkey for me
I hope you saved some turkey for me," followed by a quick smile to let her know you are joking. Practice playing with your vocal tone with your friends -- notice the different reactions you get when you say the exact same thing using varied tones and fluctuations.
10. Lean away from her. A man who leans in too far when he talks often makes a woman feel crowded. A better approach is to lean away from her slightly. This lets her know that you respect her space, boundaries, and are comfortable with yourself.

google tweaks or you can say explore google

Hey friends, do you google anything if the answer is yes then most of the times we dont get what we were tryinh to find, but i have got something important by using which you guys can exploit google or in good words can take full use of it. Read the following steps each have diffferent job & i am sure you will find it very helpful :)

1)Find any album : In this trick you no need to struggle for long keywords entering in google search. Following google search trick will takes you to your destination.Open www.google.comPut the string as shown below in google search :?intitle:index.of? mp3Your job is add song/album/artist/singerFor example :?intitle:index.of? mp3 justin timberlake

2) Find Key for any software, games etc:Well this is a cute google search trick. Just enter the code below in google search.94FBR : your software nameIn place of “your software name “ enter the software or game name which you have required.

3) Open www.google.com Enter the string which is shown belowinurl:Mcft filetype:isoNow change the string in search to exactly what you desire. for example Mcft to Ad@be, ISO to zip/rar and so on.

4)How to open hidden links in google?? Well google will not display few links even though they are indexed in google.Just enter the strings below which can open hidden links in google search.“parent directory ” Gamez -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums

“parent directory ” MP3 -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums

“parent directory ” Name of artist or album -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums

“parent directory ” /appz/ -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums

“parent directory ” DVDRip -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums

“parent directory “Xvid -xxx -html -htm -php -shtml -opendivx -md5 -md5sums
Now enter search phrase for every parent directory? change, and you can use whatever phrase or word that suits you and a lot of otherwise hidden links will turn up.

5)Open secret sites which you desire:Many search engines will not allow hidden files and articles. These websites can be seen using robots.text This is a great trick which you can open hidden websites and articles.Open www.google.comJust enter the string as given below“robots.txt” “disallow:” filetype:txtYou will find the robots.txt file from sites that uses disallow command in it.Now you can open hidden texts in few websites.

6)Google calculator:Every operating system has calculator which is inbuild. Some times you feel lazy to open your inbuild calculator. This is a simple google search trick where you can do calculations by just entering what you required. This is simply amazing stuff accomplished by Google.for example : open www.google.comtype in google search as 100 + 500 - 100 = and press search button.

7)Logarithm Functions:To calculate logarithm base 10 values, type log (100) in search box and press search button to show the result.

8)Currency ConversionTo convert the 100 USD in British pounds, type 100 USD in British pounds and press search button to show the result.Google can do all the below calculations.(simple Arithmetic function, Trigonometric, Inverse trigonometric, Hyperbolic and Logarithm functions).

9)Definitions: Frankly speaking there is no need to open dictionary or dictionary websites. Google itself acts as dictionary. Well you can search definitions as just shown below.define: keywordin place of keyword enter the meaning which you required.

10) Few important syntax are shown below:Open www.google.com and typePopulation country nameIn place of country name type which country you required.For example [pouplation india]Similarly:[governor california] The governor of california.[location India] Rough idea of where india is located.[flag india] This is indian flag.[1Z9999W99999999999] direct link to UPS tracking information.[790187289080] direct link to Fed Ex tracking information.[fcc IHDT5ZG1]direct link to information about the product with that FCC id number.[movie: Sarkar Raj] Will display pages about sarkar raj.

By doing all these you will get what you want, you can get to the server dircctly and download files you want, So go on

download videos from youtube

Hey friends , i know most of us uses "youtube" we watch many videos & want to download some of them which we like most. Now there is a very simple method to download videos from youtube here are the steps, but we have two prerequisites open two websites http://www.youtube.com/ & http://www.downthisvideo.com/ simultaneously. Now the steps are :
1>copy the url of the video (eg. http://youtube.com/watch?v=dtlO0RXktlo) from youtube's address bar which you are watching

2>paste this url to the text box given in "downthisvideo.com"

3>click the button "download" it will show the next page where a button "download flv" is given click it

4>give the location where you want to paste it & it is done

important :- that downloaded video is in " .flv" format so rename it as "name.flv" , the best player which i recommend for flv format is VLC media player you can get it from "http://www.videolan.org/vlc/" choose your operating system & get it. The next important point is you should use Internet explorer as much as possible so that you will be able to download more videos.

go on now & enjoy :)

if you guys know some other ways post here as comments ,your comments are most welcome

SEARCH OF GOD

Once a child to decided to search God, since he was child so he was truly determined. He packed his bag, putted a bottle some chips in bag and started his journey in search of God. Just he went out of his street he was tired and there was a parkoutside the street he went there and the boy went to park. He saw an old man sitting on the bench, he looked at the old man & both of them exchanged smile. whenever there eyes met they exchanged smiles, after sometime boy became hungry he got some chips out of his bags and started to eat, he also offered to old man, both again exchanged smiles. Then boy got the bottle and offered water to oldman. Till now they didn't spoked a single word. When sun started to go down in west boy missed his home, as he started to walk back he turned back and hugged the old man, there was a great smile on old man's face.
When the boy reached home he told his mom that today he met 'God' but he was too old than he thought, similarly when old man returned to home he told his son today he met 'God' but he was too young than he thought.
